New Brunswickers, as well as tourists, now come from all over the province to enjoy this memorable ice cream.
Mercury Ice Cream is an all natural ice cream made from real cream and flavoured with locally grown fruits, high quality cocoa and homemade caramel. In 6 oz cups, 24 oz or 1 litre tubs, it is available year-round at the Lilac Inn.
We also have novelty items such as homemade mini-ice cream cones (called Comets) and delectable dark chocolate ice cream sandwiches with vanilla ice cream centres (called Eclipses).

- For large orders of the cups, we recommend that you call ahead to check on availability of flavours.
- For custom-order tubs, we require 2 days notice, to ensure availability of ingredients.
- Comets and Eclipses are only available during April to October.
